Abstract

Throughout literary history, critics have understood the concept of feminism in a variety of ways.Male chauvinism and supremacy in all areas of life were sharply attacked by the critics. Many detractors responded to these notions by defending their own belief that women are not marginalized in various cultures around the world, particularly in the Islamic world, where women play a crucial and prominent role in both social and home realms of life. Equal rights for all people, regardless of gender, are a hallmark of feminism. It is true that in the past, women did not have the same standing as males. Women were prohibited from leaving their homes. Feminism is considered to be an evolutionary stage in human history. Women now enjoy a high social status in the modern day. They are contributing positively in all spheres of life. Gender inequality is a topic covered in feminist theory. Feminism also incorporates sociological, cultural, and political views. An essential component of feminist ideology is the defense of women's rights. Gender equality is the foundation of this idea.
