Refund Policy

The International Bulletin of History and Social Science maintains a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure the satisfaction of its contributors. Article Processing Charges (APCs) or any publication-related fees are generally non-refundable once the manuscript has entered the review or production process, as editorial and processing resources are immediately allocated. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases—such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or withdrawal of a manuscript before review begins—subject to verification and approval by the editorial office. If a payment issue arises, authors must contact the journal promptly with proof of transaction. All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. The journal remains committed to fairness, transparency, and ethical publishing practices in handling all refund-related requests.
